I started working out religiously when I was 25 and had gotten engaged and haven't really stopped since. I wanted to stay young and healthy. Vanity motivated me then.
When I could afford it, I started working with a trainer in my mid or late 30's. I needed to have money on the line to stay committed. And I didn't want to have to think about it. I wanted someone to tell me what to do and know that I was getting a well rounded complete workout.
When Matt moved the gym to our side of town, I could start using it. I started by "having to workout" with one of Matt's clients to get myself there and then started doing my own workouts. I needed something to force me out of bed and clients were my commitment. Then Matt said " just get certified and become a personal trainer". So I did. I train in the mornings and do it with my clients to get it over with. I still have day job so at night all motivation and energy for working out is gone.
I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and capable—in and out of the gym. Training isn’t just about the physical transformation (though that’s a bonus!); it’s about building self-belief, discipline, and joy through movement. I love designing workouts that challenge my clients in all the right ways—whether it's through strength training, high-energy cardio, or those burn-so-good glute and core finishers.
What lights me up the most is watching my clients break through mental and physical barriers, gain confidence they didn’t know they had, and start truly enjoying the process. I’m here to motivate, guide, and celebrate every win—big or small—because I genuinely love what I do, and I love the incredible women I get to train every day.
I train to stay strong, young, and full of energy—not just for today, but for decades to come. My goal? To live a long, active life and stay far away from a nursing home. I want to be the woman still carrying her own groceries, climbing stairs with ease, and dancing (even though I have no moves) at every party—no matter how many candles are on the cake.
Training isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling strong, moving well, and aging with power and independence. I show up for myself now so future me can live life on her own terms. And I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
